How to Register

Registration will be $875 plus HST; $1650 plus HST for two; $4800 plus HST for a table of eight. Booth space is also available. Booths will be able to be set up on the day before the conference. The loading dock at the East Block of the Woodbine Racetrack Complex will be available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Sept. 21,2011.
